 Service and repair
Service and repair of Volvo Penta and Westerbeke engines could be made either onboard or at company's repair shop. When repair is made at shop, the usual procedure includes dismantling of engine and it's montage after repair, including shaft alignment and trial run-up. Engine service usually includes change of oil and coolant and their filters, checking of belts tension, change of water pump impeller, setting of valve clearance, regulation of control system and failure diagnostic.
Guarantee repair
Guarantee repair of Volvo Penta and Westerbeke is made by our specialists after the analysis of failure reason. If the reason of failure is a production defect than guarantee repair will be done together with defective details replacement. Owner should be ready to deliver all possible information about failure and all actions before it, as soon as the defect was revealed.

Engines and diesel-generators installation at a ship
Our mechanics ready to make any works associated with engine installation - engine bed adjustment or replacement, engine montage, transom shield, sterndrive or saildrive installation, control system, fuel, exhaust and ventilation montage and connection. As a rule, engine montage on a metal ships should be made at shipyard.
Preservation of engines
Preservation of engines for long-term breaks in operation (usually in winter time) by our specialists allows to avoid costly repair at the beginning of navigation and problems with engine operation. Please note: in year 2000 we have to replace five freezed engine cylinder blocks. If preservation ordered by client, then 10% discount is made for spare parts, oil and coolant.
