29 Nov - 01 Dec 2005 in Svetlogorsk town (Kaliningrad district) was held a regular Russian Volvo Penta dealers seminar.
Traditionally, results of work of dealers in the outgoing was discussed. Our company retains its leadership on spare parts realization (more than 27% of total turnover in Russia). Volvo Penta representative in Russia have awarded companies: Unisail-T (Moscow) - for big amount of spare parts sale, Kolt (Novorossiisk) - for the most increase of spare parts sale this year, company Admiral from Volgograd - for the best promotion of Volvo Penta trademark.
Our company was nominated as a best Volvo Penta dealer in Russia. The prize was a leather jacket for director of company with logos of Volvo Penta and Best Dealer Volvo Penta in Russia. It was immediately celebrated with other challengers of this title. There is a rumor that company which able to retain this title for three years is awarded by roadster Harley Davidson.

Copy model of motor yacht Pershing 43 (scale 1:40) delivered to customer.
The model continues range of Pershing motor yachts. It is made in traditional for our company style with carefully detailed elements of exterior and interior.
Drawings of model are reconstructed from photos and measurements of the real prototype. It is our 18-th model of this type, made in scale 1:40.

On 14 of September at Sredne-Nevski Shipyard the 38-m motor yacht "Grom" (design N 82470) was dedicated and launched.
Now works with machinery, systems and equipment will be conducted, and then after yard and sea trials vessel must sail to Moscow for fitting-out.
Delivery of a vessel is planned to May 2006.

KVARTET has took part at Moscow international exhibition "Motorboat and Sailboats" 2005 (MiBS-2005) in April 13-16, and was exposed on "Sibavtosalon - transport and roads of Siberia - 2005" in Irkutsk (April 19-22).
At exhibitions we traditionally presented design facilities, Volvo Penta engines, diesel-generators Westerbeke, anti-vibration systems Aquadrive and mufflers Halyard.
At MiBS-2005 we took negotiations and roughcast a way of cooperation with potential dealers of Volvo Penta - a companies from Saratov, Nijnii Novgorod and Samara. We also have held a negotiations with Italian company Quick - a producer of the anchor windlasses - concerning possibility of certification of it's equipment by the Russian River Register.
The participation in Irkutsk auto show, the most popular exhibition of the region, has allowed us be more exactly positioned on regional market. Today three ships on Baikal lake pass a modernization of the power installation on project of the KVARTET. On two vessels old Russian engines 3D6 are replaced to Volvo Penta D7TA, on another one 3D6 engine is replaced to twin engine installation with Volvo Penta D5. All three ships are equipped with diesel-generator Westerbeke and anti-vibration system Aquadrive. One of them passed sea trials at September past year, and her power installation received a good comments of specialists.

Representative office of KVARTET ltd is officially registered at the end of the March in Irkutsk. Created as a autonomous subdivision, office will execute task of promotion of design production of KVARTET in a Baikal region, as well as product of Volvo Penta, Westerbeke, Aquadrive, Halyard, Vetus, Quick, and carry out service of the engines Volvo Penta. Personnel of the representative office has an experience of ship modernization and construction, and passed Volvo Penta education program for managers and mechanical engineer.
The main trends of activity of representation for initial period will be organization of cooperation on designing, technical support of construction and delivery of equipment for the passenger cruising vessel Baikal lake, design of which is commenced at April of this year.

Copy model of motor yacht Targa 62 (scale 1:20) delivered to customer - Russian dealer of Fairline.
This is a first model, on which the interior was copied all over, including shifting coachroof. Exterior of a yacht is reconstructed by our designers.
Steering post is reconstructed in a minute details according to photos made by our personnel at a Dusseldorf Boat-Show.
