Motor yacht of project 82390 was built at a New Ladoga Ship-repair yard on the order of Moscow company "Intermedservice" in 2003. Classification project and production drawings were developed in 2001-2002 for over eight months. Vessel is intended for business trips and for comfortable rest on the Russian inland waters.
Displacement decked steel vessel has a extended two-storied superstructure, holding owners cabin and working cabinet, galley and saloon. Saloon is located at the second floor of superstructure behind a wheelhouse. All-round visibility is ensured from here. Solar deck on the second floor of superstructure provides comfortable rest in a good weather. Rigid inflatable boat and a crane for it's launching are also located there.
In the forward part of the hull there are four double cabins with toilet and shower. Two of them, located aft, are intended for guests, other two, located near collision bulkhead, - for crew, and beds there are arranged in two levels. Aft from middle, behind a coffer dam, where tanks are located, there is an engine room.

Two diesel engines Volvo Penta TAMD 63L with crankshaft power 2x170 kW coupled with fixed pitch propellers ensures speed more than 20 km/h. Construction of a hull, appendages and propeller group provides safety exploration of the vessel in a trash ice of thickness up to 20 sm. Electric power plant based on two Westerbeke 12.0 BTDC/1 diesel generators ensures electric supply for all consumers including air conditioning system.
Stability of a ship response to requirements of Russian River Register.
Class of a ship is  О 2,0 (ice) of Russian River Register.
Beginning of the design - September 2001.
